The room was too hot, even with the window open. The small towels were annoying. They barely dried anything. These details were disappointing, especially considering the price. I think the management needs to address these issues, because they detract significantly from the overall experience. It's hard to relax when you are constantly uncomfortable or dealing with inadequate amenities.

my room was very clean (i'm quite picky!). the bed and bathroom were particularly good. i appreciated the side table with a mirror plus tea and coffee supplies. the location was also perfect for getting around.
the room was slightly smaller than i expected.

the bar area provided snacks. breakfast was also available at any time. the free continental breakfast offered a good selection of items each morning (the pastries were a nice touch!).

pleasant stay

the location prove perfect, close to the winter gardens. we used the convenient blue badge parking right outside. our room felt spacious, more like a small apartment. we found a thoughtful touch with the chocolates waiting for us. a bowl of cereal at night was a kind gesture i did take.
i found the building quite noisy late at night. some guests coughed loudly and swear, disturbing the peace. dragging noises in the room next door added to the problem.
